Stephanie Thibault, LMSW
Stephanie is committed to fostering safe, compassionate spaces where individuals can openly explore thoughts and emotions in service of overcoming challenges and making change. She empathically listens and collaborates with clients while tailoring a treatment approach unique to each individual. Stephanie especially enjoys working with clients who are open-minded, curious and committed to personal growth. She brings a personal understanding to the distinct challenges encountered by First Responders and veterans. Having served as a first responder herself, she recognizes the scarcity of professionals who truly grasp the intense stressors these individuals face in their roles.
Stephanie possesses certification in a range of alternative healing practices, including yoga, reiki, meditation, and mindfulness techniques. A horseback rider who rode competitively in college, Stephanie continues to enjoy active time outdoors - hiking, kayaking and running.
